Founder & Executive Director
As a survivor herself, Elizabeth Perdomo founded Beacon of Hope to create the kind of support network she wished existed sooner: warm, practical, trauma-informed, and rooted in real community care. With a background in human services, domestic violence advocacy, trauma-informed supervision, and women-centered empowerment work, she has built Beacon of Hope into a trusted Milwaukee resource for survivors, families, and underserved communities.
With faith as her foundation, Elizabeth leads Beacon of Hope with the belief that every person deserves safety, dignity, compassionate support, and practical next steps toward healing.
Beacon of Hope works in relationship with local organizations, referral partners, and community leaders who strengthen what is possible for Milwaukee families.
Collaboration helps Beacon of Hope connect people to trusted referrals, practical support pathways, and community-rooted opportunities across Milwaukee.
